Our hemp blend casual active shorts are perfect for casual everyday wear, layering, work from home, travel or just lounging. Although they can be worn for yoga, working out, volley ball, dance, running, or biking, you may also want to consider our mid-weight squat proof 3" Premium Hemp Athletic Shorts for fitness training.

Fabric Care: Machine washable

**We recommend washing hemp fabrics in cold water and tumble low heat or line/air dry. Hemp and cotton fabrics washed in hot water or high heat dryer may shrink.
